Dear Oasis Family,
We are excited to share some wonderful news about our leadership team! As many of you know, Kennedy has been an integral part of our church family for many years, serving faithfully as an Elder and, previously, as our Church Administrator. We are thrilled to announce that, beginning next week, Kennedy will step into the role of part-time Executive Pastor.
The Executive Pastor role at Oasis is vital, focusing on the day-to-day functions of the church, providing general pastoral care, and managing the various ministries within our church community. This role allows Pastor Eric to dedicate more time to shepherding our church family, preparing and teaching God’s Word, and focusing on the spiritual direction of our church.
Kennedy's deep love for our church and his years of experience in ministry leadership make him uniquely qualified for this role. His commitment to our mission and his heart for pastoral care align perfectly with what this position represents. We are confident that his leadership will help further strengthen the welcoming, family-focused atmosphere that makes Oasis so special.
